[pct-l] Ice Axe Self Arrest Training

Hello fellow thru-hikers in training,

I am writing to let list folks know that I have organized
a private one-day workshop on ice axe self arrest (and the
use of crampons) with Mountain Adventure Seminars
(http://www.mtadventure.com/) for January 17th (or
maybe January 24th.)
The training will take place in or near
Bear Valley, CA. (Bear Valley is in the central Sierra).
There are still a few spaces available
if other folks want to get some self-arrest training
for their Spring hikes.
