Campmor makes a "backpacking poncho".  It comes in two sizes:

	regular: 52x92, 14oz
	long: 52x118, 16oz

The poncho has an extension flap in back so that it can go over a backpack.
It has tie downs at each corner to make it act like a tarp... I added a
couple of extra tie downs to mine to make it serve better as a shelter.
