[pct-l] Poncho -> PCT Dictionary Entry

When my friend Curtiss and I backpacked across Washington in '94, he (being
the word genius he is) coined a new noun/adjective:

Flying Circus: When one's bright red poncho comes partially loose from
their pack during a windstorm and proceeds to flap everywhere. In addition
to being downright annoying and noisy, it can suffocate the user and
provide much amusement for other hikers.
