[pct-l] Re: Bear Boxs are Bad

SEKI covers a long run of the JMT/PCT. I would not assume that SEKI is
thinking about removing bear boxs. Bear Boxs is what has worked for them.
It used to be that the High Sierra Trail was bear alley. Now I saw zero
activity on it last year.

SEKI recommends
1. Bear Box-Best
2. Bear Canister-Next
3. Counterbalancing- last, might not work
