[pct-l] conditions in N. WA

hi all!
for those that might have wondered, my dad and I finished the northernmost 2
sections in WA (L and K) and they are both virtually snow free.  There's a
few drifts but nothing we had to even think twice about crossing.  The most
is just north of red pass (K7), but don't worry about any of it.
