Heads up on a gear issue...
There will be a guy joining the list soon who has/is starting a business in
Hawaii making bamboo hiking poles - I thought we might have some questions
for him, and that he might be able to enlighten us to another alternative
material with regards to hiking poles. I don't work for him nor am
affiliated with or endorse his company. Just thought he might help teach us
a thing or two.
