[pct-l] Highways and Mtn bikes

Thank you Greg for answering my post about the Trans-Sierra Highway.  I was
thinking it would have been farther south, just to prove that it could be
built...though it would only get 2 months of use per year.  At least they
weren't completely nuts then.

covers a bicycle touring route from Canada to Mexico through the Cascade and
Sierra Nevada mountain ranges in Washington, Oregon and California. The
original publisher (Bittersweet) decided not to reprint it.
