I'm not sure how Bob does it. But we just buy the bulk frozen vegatables in 
the bags from the market. Dump the contents out on the trays, still frozen. 
Re-hydrating take a few hours, so we add water to them at lunch so they'll 
be ready for dinner.

Bob, do you just put the veggies in frozen? Is there a difference when you
use frozen vs. fresh veggies? How about already cooked?

(which I just bought but haven't taken out of the box yet and, therefore,
could return)?
