Start with ground insulation, at least 1/2 inch of closed cell foam, or a 
thermarest pad, use a good quality "mummy" style sleeping bag, wear a hat, eat 
before bed.  Actually, 15- 25 degrees is a commfortable cold weather temp 
because the humidity is so low.
