[pct-l] Trail Conditions

For those late season visitors hiking north of Tuolumne Meadows, there is no
"running water" between Glen Aulin and McCabe Creek / Return Creek (map I-3).
This is a distance of about 7-8 miles. There is "standing water" in the creek
in Cold Canyon if you carry a water filter.

Water is plentiful in the rest of Section I (north to Sonora Pass).
