No local public transportation to Stevens Pass. However, Greyhound service
to Spokane, Chicago and perhaps other points from Everett and/or Seattle
runs through Stevens Pass. Check with them to see if they will stop. There
is a ferry out of Stehekin. Don't know what kind of bus service might be at
the other end. The only other service I am aware of is a tour bus that runs
a loop around Mt. Ranier out of Seattle. Can't help with Oregon at all.
