You are correct -- UPS will not deliver to a General
Delivery PO address.

Make it easy:  don't bother with mailing yourself
alcohol/HEET.  This fuel is easily found in trail town
gas stations and c-stores.  Finding alcohol/HEET is
not a problem on the PCT.
