'Lo Yawl,
I have a query for anyone out there who has considered driving to the kick-off from the northwest (traveling along I-5) and could make room for a 2005 thru-hiker with no current prospective transportation, but who yet still possesses a distinct wish to be in attendence amongst all of you lovely salt-of-the-earth types for a weekend.
My query is:  Can I catch a ride? 
 I will provide sporadic talking, aimless and meandering stories, and potentially a small stockpile of perfectly selected "road music" CD's.
Fine:  I'll chip in on gas, too.
