 I actually just prefer to let them sue me. It's one of the few advantages
of being poor. I don't own anything nor do I have an income that can be
attached. 

It would just be a complete waste of time for them.

The few times its happened I've not even bothered to show up in court.
Winning a case, winning a judgment, and actually collecting anything are all
wildly different things.
