[PCT-l] Muscle Cramps



  99% of the time it is because of a lack of water & electrolytes. I drink 
about 1 gal over  10 hours of hiking. If you wait until you are thirsty to 
start drinking it is TOO LATE. I stop and drink  every half hour. I also use 
GU2O, a electrolyte replacement. I put it in small two scoop packets( one 
pack per quart of H2O) and use three per day. At 100 calories per packet it 
also adds to daily calororic intake.
