[pct-l] When Bluet Stoves came out???

My first stove was a Bluet, the predecessor to the gaz brand I think.  I 
bought it in 1969 or so.  I remember there was a basic fear factor 
involved with them because you actually punctured the pressurized gas 
can and carried it in your pack that way... 

I think Monte Dodge would know this history better.  I saw a picture a 
movie of his basement - The Walk - filled with classic stoves...
