[pct-l] start date?sierras date? - Wait till April 1st

It's still a bit early to start making any definitive plans.

Snow is still falling and forecast to fall in the Sierra's. Wait till at
least April 1st to start making any hard judgements about this seasons snow.

With that said, it's shaping up to be at least average. South of Glen Pass
it's a tad below normal. Glen Pass north, it's well above normal. Glen Pass
is about 4 days north of Kennedy Meadows.

If you're hoping for an early season forray into the Trinity's, forget it.
