[pct-l] Desert water Sec-N

I hiked part of this with a friend in 2000(?).  We put out our own water 
caches; one was near Cache 22 where the PCT crosses Forest Road 22 (as I 
recall). Then while hiking we found Amigo's Cache22 which was rather 
depleted as I recall. It was a little south of the road crossing.
