[pct-l] New sports drink?

Then again, there's chocolate milk:

male cyclist-types. Wonder if powdered cocoa mix does the same thing?

All I know is that when I'm powering up a steep protracted incline in the
sun with 20 pounds on my back, and have to stop because my heart rate is in
the dangerous range, I'm an uber-athlete. Give me some milk from power
cows.

"The study builds on findings that intense endurance exercise reduces the
muscles' supply of stored glucose, or glycogen, a key source of fuel for
exercise."

Besides, when is information about nutrition in general not relevant to the
hiking community?

The article basically refers to uber-sprint sports activity. We're
   endurance athletes. Different ballgame.
