[pct-l] Open Map File?

To use it you will need to have a copy of Topo! program. The program sells 
for $99 per state list price or you can get the whole US coverage in 
Backroads Explorer for about $50. (Topo! website says it is not available at 
this time. I wonder what is up.) The difference is that Topo! State Series 
goes down to quad level (1:24,000) while Backroads Explorer only goes down 
to 1:100,000.

The mapexchange site has many other interesting hikes and biking routes that 
can be downloaded.

Found this by accident. Do not know enough about computing to tell if this 
is something that can be opened and used for free or if it is has to be paid 
for. Anyone know how to deal with it?
