[pct-l] Brian Frankle on trailcast.com

Thanks, Yogi!

Considering some of the threads (ULA Whereabouts?; Helix Ice Ax) recently, this
is "good timing"... (Please note that Brian 'renamed' the Helix - see
<http://www.ula-equipment.com/helix.htm>, it's also mentioned in the podcast)...

I purchased a P-2 pack from Brian about 2 years ago... Communicated with him
via email and phone prior to that purchase... Also recently inquired about
the 'new' hipbelt (Catalyst) being compatible with the P-2... He's a very likeable
guy - honest, trustworthy, and down to earth... He WILL answer your emails and
phone calls, it just might be a day or two - be patient! His packs are well worth
waiting for, even if it takes 3 or 4 weeks (cordial reminder, this is probably the
start of his busy 'rush' season!)...

Excellent insight into Brian's hiking 'background' and what "makes him tick"
regarding the quality of his well designed packs, his personality, and his future...

Be sure to check ULA website on his Hayduke Trail hike last fall
<http://www.ula-equipment.com/hayduke/index.htm>...

The PCT community is lucky to have the likes of Brian Frankle, Henry Shires, Ron
Moak, and Glen Van Peski (to name a few) providing both direct support for the
PCT and also excellent gear to use while hiking on it!

Happy trails!!!
