Talked a few weeks ago with fellow involved in operation and maintenance of
the LA aqueduct. He said that at that time the aqueduct was out of service
for maintenance work. So, for a period, the faucet would have had no water.
The fellow assured me that the aqueduct will be in service well before
April.
