I did not realize there was such a concept on the PCT.

Even the official PCTA books list alternate routes.
Walk from Mexico to Canada. Try not to skip [1]
sections. Volia! You have a thru-hike.
Keep the purity debates (and the purity concept) for
the trail that rhymes with "AYYY TEEE". ;)
( [1] Ok..I missed about .10 of the trail here and
there when my hitch dropped me off on the other side
of the road after coming back into town. Damn it! I am
just a poseur! :D)
