[pct-l] Eagle Creek Trail in Winter Ice

I'd have to do a variation on each: I feel young (turned 58 6 days ago); I'm still in love (different man, 13 years in 6 days) and I am definitely still lacking in at least some common sense :) What do they say? Two out of three ain't bad.

Not to be a scrooge about
"...Just how do we live through being young, in love and lack of good common sense???"

I say just wait,,,, one of them is bound to change, just hope you can pick which one. B

Wonderful report...I could "picture" all of it and the "sight" was captivating. Thank you.

My ex-husband and I were attempting to climb one of the Bridal Vail Falls in Yosemite while staying at a lodge on our honeymoon in December (if you've never seen Yosemite in winter I'd highly recommend it). You really do have to be in-love, in your 20's and just plane stupid to ignore all signs saying keep off due to ice. We made it up further than we had a right to and upon reaching the trail again, held each other tightly more out of a joy to be alive than being newly weds. Just how do we live through being young, in love and lack of good common sense???
