[pct-l] PostHoler now has weather forecasts

The PCT and CDT postHolers now have 7-day point forecasts. This includes any
warnings, watches or advisory's.

Just click on the value in the '%' column and you'll get the National
Weather Service's forecast for that area. A weather forecast is a good way
to start any hike!
