There was suppose to be an exit from Rt 3 on Cape Cod where cars rolled 
uphill.  I tied it once briefly (not wanting to get rear ended) and nothing 
happened.  If you ask me it was more of an optical illusion between the highway and 
the ramp that led people to believe it.
