[pct-l] Winter Climate Outlook

Timberline Lodge on the slopes of Mt. Hood presently claims a four  
foot base with a big snow week (snow possible down to the valley  
floor) coming up.  Anything could happen, but we're off to a good  
start (if you like snow).
