[pct-l] Sections A and B

What is it like to hike from Mt. Laguna to Warner Springs in the  
January-February time frame?  I would think snow could be a factor around  Mt. Laguna.  
Water could be an issue too, but you could cache water along  the way too.
 
Also, some lower elevation hikes in Section B in the March  - April time 
frame.  What would be a good week long hike in this  section???
