Hi,
Those sections are in the area where I live. Late July would be close to perfect assuming it wasn't an extreme winter with above average snow fall. In so far as rain, we get 95% of rain in the winter. We get 'thunder storms' with rain and wind in the summer but they come and go, sometimes within 20 minutes or so, but can be up to an hour or more.
You can find a few, very few, patches up until the very end of summer (late August/mid September)...they are virtually unavoidable, but, with minimal effort, you can get around, if not, over them.
Deems, of this list, in my opinion, has the information to "take to the bank". If he has read your posting and responds, go by what he says.
