[pct-l] re:Trail Markers
Hi All I haven't done that much of the trail, 400miles, but what I have
done, well I haven't come across very many hikers and when getting to a
junction that is not marked and trying to figure out which way to go has
only been a problem in a few spots but I think signs that can not be torn
out unless you have a Bulldozer are what's needed. A metal post with a few
hundred pounds of cement and a half inch two foot long piece of rebar
running through the bottom of it, the PCT emblem engraved in it and then
painted brown or Green depending on the area that you are in, about four
feet high. When I win the Lotto I will pay for it. Ha Ha Remember "Be
Prepared" Ground Pounder Bill "Semper Fi"
