Well since this seems to be the time to tell tales on one's self ------

Years ago I went backpacking down in the Ventanna Wilderness between 
Monterey and Salinas and to the south. This is a coastal hilly area, the 
hills are too low to really be called mountains and there is a lot of 
poison oak scattered around most everywhere.

I don't know just how I did it, but a day or two after the weekend, I 
had poison oak all over my butt. So bad I had to go to Kaiser and see 
the docs. Had to put wash clothes soaked in some treatment over my 
bottom for a few days to dry the PO. Also took  various pills. And for a 
couple of days, the seat of my jeans were soaked from the PO oozing. 
I've told very few people about this embarASSing event.
