[pct-l] Water in Section E

I intend to hike in Section E starting a week from now. Has anyone been there recently? Can you tell me about water sources: natural and/or caches? I have looked at AsABat's water reports and most are from spring or summer. There are a few dated Oct. 9,10 but some places have no information. Has anyone been through there more recently? I am particularly interested in the situation at:
                    1. Anderson cache at 7N23 & Burnt Pk. Road (There is a report dated 10/9.) 
                    2. Red Rock water tank
                    3. Tank near Liebre Mt. Truck Trail
                    4. Pine Creek Canyon/Trailhead
                    5. Tylerhorse Canyon
