Carson/Tahoe area:
   The Nipple
   Red Lake Peak
   Cracked crag
   Mount Tallac (trail from Gilroy Lake) - great views of Tahoe!
   Dicks Peak
   Granite Chief
   Tinker Knob
   Anderson Peak
   Mount Judah (side trail links back to PCT) - great views of Donner area!
   Castle Peak

NorCal:  I would add to Deems' list -
   Black Marble Mountain
   Kings Castle
