There are pet services but they are kind of expensive. If they are indoor 
/outdoor cats you could have them checked on and their dry feed dishes 
filled by the service about once a week.
Also, if you put an ad in the paper you might find a highschooler willing to 
make some money by taking care of them daily.

Or you could board them with a vet's office.

Not cheap either way.
