[pct-l] Gathering HELP!!

I need some help with the audio visual requirements for the presentations. 
 
Here is what I am preparing to bring;
 
- LCD projector
- xl screen
- two slide projectors
- DVD - VCR player
- A USB flashcard to bring a program that allows you to show a slideshow  
from any collection of photos from any source; "Picasso".
 
Here is what I NEED; I have asked you, the board already and the PCT-L and  
received zero responses. . . 
 
- A sound system; amplifier, speakers and microphone
- A computer
- Another DVD player in case two presenters wish to show their  presentations 
on DVD at the same time.
 
Please. . . please help me out here.  Send me an email offlist if you  can 
help with any or all of these.
 
After Wednesday night I will not be in communication as I will be leaving  to 
oversee some of my company's operations in the delta region and then heading  
up to Sierra Pines and Donner Summit.
