[pct-l] Mt Whitney

I seem to remember that the quota for the western approach to Mt Whitney has
a non-advance reservation component. The lottery is for the eastern approach
only. You should call the Lone Pine Ranger Station and ask. You can
certainly pick another approach and try to pickup a day use quota for that
approach (North Fork, etc.).
