[pct-l] Desolation Wilderness

After 800 miles on the trail, Desolation was the first place I was asked for
a permit. Very aggressive ranger there. Followed me to my morning pit stop
to ask questions about a fire someone had made the previous night. Didn't
know about the fire. Maybe the prettiest ranger I've seen.
