[pct-l] Carson Pass, Sonora Pass - Hiker sightings

On Saturday 7/23 I was at Carson Pass doing a trail maintenance survey. 

The PCT register at the information office had 55 entries of which 44 were 
clearly thru hikers/hiker-pairs and the remaining 11 were either thru 
hikers or section hikers, I couldn't tell. The last few entries:

 7/23 Dave & Kathy Deem
 7/22 Stitch
 7/19 Bushwak, Birdman, Ben Tomskey, Jo Jimbo, Tom Kowalik
 7/17 Parrot Boy, Jason Figler, Writerman
 7/14 Bigman 

When I reached Lost Lakes on 7/24 (6 miles south of Carson Pass) I met 
thru-hiker Gabe (no trail name).

On Monday 7/25 I was with a PCTA Trail Crew working about 1.5 miles north 
of Sonora Pass.

In the morning we met Salty Dog, Razz and Hombre.

In the afternoon Whuppin Stick, Phantom, Whoopass, Badmoon and Happy came 
by.

On Tuesday 7/26 in the afternoon Brandon and Luke passed through the same 
area.

I was surprised to meet so many thru hikers at Sonora Pass this late in 
the year. They were all elated that they had done 1000 miles.
