[pct-l] mailing fuel cannisters

I shipped all of my canisters last year via usps with no problems.

All you have to do is send them GROUND ONLY, and label the box, "Consumer
Commodity ORM-D"

It's that simple, really!

Even some of the postal clerks don't know how this system works until they
look it up, but if you label it properly, it will go through!

    Please help me with this one.   If fuel cannisters can't be shipped by
US Mail, how are thru-hikers getting their fuel shipped to supply stops?  Or
is that the reason for the alchohol stoves?
