[pct-l] Bear cannisters

I will be up in that area in about a year and a half... though it's a
long time from now to then, you bet I'll be bringing a bear can and
cord and following the "rules" about hanging my food up. I don't want
to learn the lesson this guy learned, nor do I want to make it harder
on my fellow hikers, and dangerous for the bear. It's their home
afterall... I'm sure if people brought food and left it laying around
in my home, I'd probably eat it, too. :)
