[pct-l] Frosty and Manning

E. C. Manning, former forester famous for forming fast friends farmed fir forests.  He mounted Frosty one day, belly distended, Frosty's too, and together they surmounted Mount Frosty.  Alas, Manning no longer rides Frosty, because of age.  Age, that is, in the case of Frosty, and in the case of Manning, death.  Never very fast, death has slowed Manning quite a bit, especially now that he's been dead a long, long time.  But Mount Frosty still towers over the PCT/Windy Joe/Frosty Mountain trailhead parking lot. While this camp does not have a shelter, there is a pit toilet, fire ring, space for 4 tents and a good stream for water.  Gotta love them pit toilets.
