[pct-l] Privatizing national parks



 LOL...ya think? And now the opening of FS campgrounds and such is at the
convenience of the contractors, not ours. Even when the weather is great and
there is no snow in the campgrounds they are closed because the contractor
hasn't scheduled people to open it and won't allow the FS to open it without
them. Probably has to do with their insurance or some such.

Oh, well. It's not like we own them or anything. 

One thing Bush has given us is the finest government money can buy.

I think Bush is inventing a new spoils system thru contracting out. And once
a park is contracted-out it will be very hard to reverse.
