[pct-l] PCT-L archive & Canada questions

Thanks so much for the prompt responses to my archive request!
 
Have just downloaded and printed to Application for entry to Canada for  
Darrell, as he is finishing the 2nd half of his NOBO hike this year.  Where  is 
Hope?  Will he pass through it on his way to/from Manning Park?
 
Once he finishes the PCT, he will hike back into the US so that he can then  
connect to the PNT and head westward on that trail.  So he does not  plan to 
leave the PCT at any time while in Canada, unless there are good  resupply 
opportunities.
