[pct-l] Re: What are your hiking goals?

Hi Rob This is how I want to do the trail. I started at the Border, in
2003, Feb., I'm doing it in sections in order from where I left off the last
time I hiked. I don't want to skip around, jumping back and forth. My
grandkids go with me when they can. I drop my truck where I will be ending
for that particular trip. If I can get a ride to my start like Dan helping
us this last time that's great, if not I have to have my wife follow me to
take me to my start. I have Friday, Saturday and Sundays off and some time I
can take a holiday with my weekend to go longer. My plan is to make KM by
the end of the year. Next year I will take three weeks of vacation and go
from KM to Tuolumne M. Unless of I retire the end of this year and then I
will be able to do a little more. If I retire the end of this year I want to
thru hike in 07'. This also all depends of the $$$ BUCKS. remember
