[pct-l] More Snow and Rain on the Way

As has been mentioned in one or two recent posts, more snow is
forecast for the Southern California mountains and points north. Snow
levels of 5000-6000' are expected, and an inch or more of rain may
fall in the lowlands over the next few days (possibly breaking the
annual record for Los Angeles). Rock and mudslides are possible.
There may be a foot of additional snow in the southern Sierra by
Friday (snow level of 7500'), and more after that.

Thunderstorms are possible in the Southern California
mountains. Numerous thunderstorms are expected in the Owens Valley.
