[BULK] - [pct-l] Water Cache's



See AsABat's water database:

For the most part caches have been established and maintained. A quick
glance at AsABat's info indicates that places that are usually dry are
serious fords that merit consideration before crossing! (This is nothing
short of amazing).

Probably the best idea would be to help supply the existing caches.
