I would love to get this as a gift for Darrell.  He and I  cannot go to the 
KO, so that's not an option for us to obtain a copy.  If  anyone can make the 
offer to do a copy for me, I'd be happy to cover the cost  of the disk and 
shipping.  I'm not in a hurry for it, but it would be  nice to have it before 
mid-June.

 
Are there any thoughts of making this downloadable?
