[pct-l] helpful snow data for washington state

I used this site a lot when I lived in Seattle for Skiing and 
mountaineering.

It shows current snow depth at Steven Pass (Currently about 5 ft!) and 
Washington Pass (near Rainy Pass/Hwy 20...70 trail mi S of Canada), 
however Washington Pass sensor is inaccurate and will be replaced next 
Fall.  SOBOs may  want to look at Baker instead to get an idea of 
northern snow pack.
