[pct-l] Water caches Mojave to Hwy 138

Was the Tiger Tank shower running? Last year I got clean water from the
shower head.

tiger tank was full but I would not want to drink from it --- it was pretty
nasty. Tylerhorse was too silty to drink. And cottonwood was OK but even
the spicket was silty. There was still 2-3 ft of patchy snow and frozen
above 5000 ft in the Tehachapis so I would surmise when not frozen some of
the stagnant streams would be flowing. South of HIkertown water was
abundant --- I was taking a piss every few hours I was so hydrated. There
was no stretch South of 138 where I went more than 5 miles without a
stream. The trail condition South of Pine Creek are quite a mess with last
years fire followed by torrential rain. ONe section going up Verbia the
trail has been blown out for 45 ft and a 100 ft drop if not careful.
