[pct-l] Mojave Forks Dam Controlled Burn

	The Army Corps of Engineers, together with the California
Dept. of Forestry and Fire Protection, burned the debris that clogged
the Mojave Forks Dam basin and gates earlier this rainy season.  5,000
tons of debris were burned, mainly logs from trees killed by the 2003
wildfires.
